Knee Therapy

Knee pain changes how you walk, climb stairs, exercise, work, sleep, and trust your own body. Knee therapy at Simply Health Integrated Medical is designed for patients who want to understand what is driving pain or stiffness and whether conservative options are still worth pursuing before assuming they are out of choices.

What to expect

Simply Health Integrated Medical helps patients understand symptoms, goals, and options before recommending a care path.

The next step is a consultation request or direct call so the team can determine whether the clinic is a good fit for your needs.

What’s Limiting Your Mobility?

Answer a few questions about stiffness, pain, strength, and confidence with movement.

1

When knee pain starts taking over

Patients often come in after pain relievers, injections, bracing, rest, or even prior procedures did not give them the progress they wanted. The first job is to understand where the pain is coming from, what movements aggravate it, how it affects daily life, and which options still make sense.

2

Knee therapy is not just pain control

A stronger plan looks at mobility, mechanics, strength, stability, inflammation, weight stress, prior injury, osteoarthritis patterns, and how the hip, foot, ankle, and low back may influence knee loading. The goal is better function, not just temporarily quieting symptoms.

3

What conservative care may include

Depending on the patient, care may include movement evaluation, hands-on support, strengthening or mobility guidance, knee-specific therapy recommendations, weight-loss or functional medicine support, and referral if imaging or specialist evaluation is needed.

4

Know when to move forward — and when not to

Not every knee belongs in the same protocol. Severe instability, major trauma, rapidly worsening symptoms, or advanced structural findings may need additional medical evaluation. The clinic’s role is to help you make a smarter decision with better information.

5

Take the joint mobility quiz

If knee pain is limiting stairs, walking, workouts, or confidence, take the joint mobility quiz or request a consultation. The next step is finding out whether conservative knee therapy is a reasonable fit for your situation.

Before coming to Simply Health, my pain was a 12 out of 10! I was in tears even walking into the office. I was afraid to get surgery at my age, and I really didn’t know if I would ever be able to do the things I used to. After my first treatment, my pain went to a 2! Now I have zero pain! Thank you so much! You’re a prayer answered!
